Can you quote custom sizes and specifications?
Yes. Share the product, target specification, quantity, application, destination, and any packing or labeling requirements. We will confirm feasibility before issuing a quotation.
What information is needed for a bulk quotation?
Please provide the product name, dimensions or performance requirements, estimated quantity, destination port or country, target delivery time, and preferred Incoterm.
Can I request samples before placing a bulk order?
Common standard samples up to A4 size are free; the buyer pays the courier cost. Customized grades cannot be supplied as free samples.
Do you support OEM packaging and private labels?
OEM packaging and labeling can be reviewed for qualified orders. Artwork, language, packaging format, and order volume must be confirmed before production.
How do you control product quality?
Inspection points and acceptance criteria are agreed against the confirmed specification. Material, dimensions, tolerances, workmanship, packing, and any required test reports are documented for the order.
Which shipping terms can be used?
Available Incoterms and loading ports will be confirmed with the formal quotation based on the product, destination, and order arrangement.
How quickly will you respond?
The export team reviews inquiries during business hours. A complete specification and quantity normally helps us respond faster and avoid unnecessary clarification.
How are claims and specifications confirmed?
The sales confirmation, approved sample where applicable, and signed order documents take priority. Website information is a general purchasing guide and should be reconfirmed for each order.
